Dealt with the owner for 8 months, trying to get them to finish a job that they started. After numerous trips and phone calls, the work is still not finished, and I have to look elsewhere for someone to correct and finish the job. The only thing they are good at is making excuses. If you are looking for professionals who do good work and value their customers, I'd keep looking.
